One referral, three visible steps.

The friend receives the offer first. The referring customer receives store credit only after your staff confirms the visit.

  1. A customer joins

    They scan your counter card, sign in with Google or email, and join your offer to receive a personal referral link.

  2. Their friend claims

    The link opens your fixed-dollar offer and issues the friend a voucher for an in-store visit.

  3. Your staff confirms

    Your staff confirms the voucher at checkout, then Rinkler adds store credit to the referring customer's wallet for your business.

What do I set up?

After creating an account, you choose the friend's discount, the referring customer's store credit, and optional punch-card rules.

Do customers need an app?

No. Customers join, claim vouchers, and view business-specific store credit in their browser.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Your staff can open the register view in a browser on an existing phone, tablet, or computer.
