Questions Before You Start
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customer referral, voucher, and reward pages run in a mobile browser.
What hardware do I need at the counter?
Use any iPad, tablet, laptop, or phone with a browser. Rinkler does not require dedicated hardware or a point-of-sale integration.
Who gets a Founding 50 spot?
Rinkler will accept up to 50 businesses after setup is complete. Creating an account requests a spot but does not guarantee acceptance.
What happens after the free period?
Before the 12 months end, we will show the available merchant plans, exact limits, and prices. Founding businesses will not move to a paid plan automatically.
Do customers pay to use Rinkler?
No. Customer accounts and the referral, voucher, and reward pages they use are free.
