Rinkler is referral and loyalty software for local businesses, with customer referral links, store-credit rewards, and digital punch cards. No app download.
Customers earn rewards for recommending a business and for coming back. The business chooses the offers, and its team records visits and redemptions at the counter.
For local businesses
Rinkler is built around an in-person counter workflow for businesses such as barbershops and salons. Staff can use a phone, tablet, or computer with a browser. No dedicated hardware or point-of-sale integration is required.
Set the friend's discount and the referring customer's store credit. An optional digital punch card lets you choose a punch target and reward for repeat visits.

Customers sign in, join a participating offer, and receive a personal referral link. A friend can use that link to claim the listed discount as a voucher for an in-store visit.
The referring customer earns store credit after staff confirms the friend's visit. Credit can only be spent at the business that issued it. Customers can also view their digital punch-card progress when the business offers a loyalty program.
